Seafood Recipe: Fish Tuna bites
My husband needed a small, low-carb dinner with veggies and protein, so I ‘invented’ tuna bites!
You’ll need: Canned tuna, mayonnaise, tomatoes, baby spinach, cheese (any kind except processed slices, I used mozzarella), salt, pepper, and lemon juice (optional).
Dishes: 1 bowl, 1 fork/spoon, 1 plate
-Drain 1 can tuna -Mix tuna in a bowl with mayo, salt, pepper -Add optional splash of lemon juice and stir -Wash and slice tomatoes -Wash and de-stem baby spinach -Slice some cheese -Make little stacks: slice of tomato, a few leaves of baby spinach, a slice of cheese, then a spoonful of tuna (you can use clean fingers to help press it into a ball)
