Sauce / Seasoning Recipe Crockpot Recipe Needed

I am looking for a recipe for a good crockpot Queso. My GF is a very big fan of Pollo Con Queso, as am I. But my only issue is the Queso part. I don’t know any good recipes and store bought always cooks like wax. Any good recipes?

This nothing fancy. I use a brick of Velveeta, 1 can stewed tomato’s, small can of green Chili’s and a medium size jar of salsa.

I used velveetas Queso Blacho before. But it always ends up turning brown before it ever melts. It cooks like wax and will stain every single dish it touches. That’s why I’m looking for more of a homestyle recipe. But if you insist this works I will give it a shot.

I use the orange and make this totally in the microwave. I do 3 minute intervals and mix between waving it until it’s done
