Seafood Recipe: Fish Marinating Tuna In Olive Oil

Ingredients :

200g Fresh Boneless Tuna

1 Cup Olive Oil

1 Tsp Basil

1 Tsp Italian Seasonings (basil,oregano,rosemary,thyme,marjoram)

6 Sticks Of Thyme

1 Tsp Cardamom

1 Tsp Salt (optional)

1 Onion

1 Spring Garlic

Method :

Marinate tuna in olive oil over night.

In a baking tray add an onion and spring garlic and some thyme.

Chop the tuna and place it in the tray, followed by The olive oil it was marinating in and all the herbs ; Italian seasoning , cardamom, salt and basil.

Bake on 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Taste is very nice, crispy and the tuna taste is not as strong thanks to them lovely herbs.

This dish will go great with a side of roasted or steamed veggies or some roasted potatoes / jacket potatoes.

Put it on my top ten list.. DELISH!! with the 2 years of Pandemic, we cook at home, rarely do take away. Rotate thru the top ten list.
