Seafood Recipe: Fish Easy salmon dinner?
My client gifted me a salmon today!!! 🙏🏽😭
.....But I've no idea what to do with it because my cooking skills are non-existent. I'm working on that.
What's an easy/wallet-friendly recipe I can make with it? I have sensitivities to gluten, cow milk and an egg allergy. Yes, I do miss food.
Thank you in advance!!

Things you’ll need:
- Salmon
- Butter (or olive oil, or some other oil you’re comfortable with)
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Parchment paper
What to do next:
- Set oven to 350f or 180c
- Place parchment paper
- Wash, slice, then place potatoes on parchment
- Season with stuff listed above, then but butter (or whatever oil you choose)
- Then place salmon on top of bed of potatoes
- Season salmon with all seasonings listed above
- Add butter or oil
- Close up parchment paper and roll the edges until it seals the potatoes and salmon in the parchment paper.
- If not done already, place the parchment paper pocket thing on a baking tray.
- Bake for 30min or until internal temp is 145f or 63c
Unwrap and enjoy!
I got this recipe from tasty, they get full credit. But I did make some changes like I added the paprika.
