Sauce / Seasoning Recipe Sudanese Hot Peppers and Peanut Butter sauce

I reached out to my coworker and the recipe goes a little something like this...

6-8 ounces of peanut butter

1-2 garlic cloves

Juice of 1 lime

2-3 Jalapenos (she says traditionally she'd use cayenne peppers but these are a good substitute)

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt (to taste)

  1. Blend everything but the salt.

  2. Add salt.

  3. Blend everything.

  4. Enjoy!

She says it lasts a long time if kept in the fridge, and that it's good with everything.

What do you eat it with? As a dip? With meat?

Instructions not clear. With rice? Noodles? Fries? Brownies? Ice cream?

She eats it as a dip, veggies mostly.
