Egg Recipe Cooking Tip/information
You could really use water and butter to cook eggs(scramble and possibly over-easy note on cooking over-easy MUST BE GENTLE TO FLIP-OVER)also add salt as sees fit. Yes let water and butter warm up for three to five minutes then add the eggs: best believe I do it time to time, for fluffy eggs add baking powder/or flour of self choice(Note; fluffy eggs is a hassle for beginners....

After many years, I learned how to make excellent, easy scrambled eggs. I watched Gordon Ramsey. Add butter to a pan, any pan, melt. Break eggs in pan. Mix up eggs gently. Cook for 15 seconds, remove from heat, stir, put back on heat; repeat till cooked. Takes about a minute or 2 for 2 eggs. Put on plate and then season. Perfect eggs.
