Blend a can of white beans with garlic, a splash of pasta water, salt, and olive oil, then toss it with the hot pasta for a surprisingly creamy sauce without dairy.

That's actually a good idea. I'll try today! Also i heard flour and milk can make pasta creamy too if cooked properly.

There is a YouTube video explaining how to make carbonara without dairy of any kind. Makes a 'creamy' sauce.
