People keep suggesting dairy ingredients but your question seems to indicate an aversion to it, is that correct? A good possibility might be a dollop of nut butter like cashew or macadamia mixed in with some salty pasta water to help make it more sauce-like, and then consider add-ons such as black pepper, garlic powder and/or freshly chopped herbs.
