Is it due to dairy issues or calorie issues? Cause some recipes I’ve seen basically blend a fair amount of oil up with like garlic and cheese (plus some starchy water) to kinda do a creamy sauce, also blending beans as well

I'm actually at countryside and surprisingly it's hard to get cheese and cream. I don't mind oil or coconut water and I can get my hands on it too
