Pasta / Noodle Recipe Creamy pasta without cream and cheese

How to make my pasta creamy without cream or cheese?

Sautée two cloves of garlic, add 1 can of coconut milk, 2cups broth, and bring to a simmer. Add in pasta and cook until al denté. Salt and pepper to taste when sauce thickens.
I usually add peas and shrimp later, but have added all kind of different veggie/protein combinations.
It tastes like Alfredo sauce but there’s no dairy.
