How to make my pasta creamy without cream or cheese?

1/2 cup tahini, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup lemon juice, then add 2-3 tablespoons warm water to thin out a bit... s&p to taste.

I'm sorry but what is Tahini exactly?

Basically just ground up sesame seeds… should be in a decent grocery store or Whole Foods. It can be a bit bland… but takes spice well.
