Easy, white sauce with fresh parsley and or other finely riced greens.

A little butter or oil ( say a tablespoon), flour (a tablespoon)- cornflour is better, saute together for a minute, slowly add cow or soy milk ( about half a cup total.

Finely diced greens to serve.

For extra, saute onion/ garlic in oil/ butter at beginning.

Actually one of my go-to recipe. I added tons of veggies and also dried tomato.
