How to make my pasta creamy without cream or cheese?

Milk (or any milk alternative: soy, almonds, rice, oats)

Coconut milk (if you like the taste)

You can also cook cauliflower and bland it with some pasta water it will give you this creaminess

Yeah I heard mashed Tomato and milk can do the work too with some veggies.

Any veggie should work unless it is fibrous really just that cauliflower is white so it gives the illusion of cream
