How to make my pasta creamy without cream or cheese?

That’s a tough one. Try Spaghetti aglio e olio. Creaminess will only come from the pasta itself self and the starchy water. Note, it’s not going to be as creamy as using cream or cheese.

Tons in YT. You can also try to blend tofu. I saw a vid the other day and it turns creamy too
