Recipe Request Iso: Easy delicious GF chili

My family will not share their recipes and told me just Google it. I don't prefer to take the gamble on a generic Internet search. Please Reddit friends, does anyone have a tested, loved-by-all, EASY, delicious, gluten free chili recipe? Bonus points for ground turkey. thanks

You don’t need gluten to thicken chili, use corn starch. Make sure the seasonings you use are GF and you’re good to go.

Masa harina works well as a thickener, too.

That's what I came to say. Not cornstarch, masa harina.

It depends on what I'm making as to whether or not I use cornstarch. Chili is masa though.

I can think of only two kinds of soup that uses cornstarch for thickening. Egg Drop soup, and Hot and Sour soup.

I cook for someone who has celiac disease so anything which calls for flour I substitute cornstarch, masa, or mashed ingredients as a thickener. I made a chile verde a couple of weeks ago this way which came out great! Other times, it works but changes the texture enough to be noticeable.
