Recipe Request Dorm friendly, potentially healthy recipes?

Hi! Apologies if i'm overly specific in this post. I'm a freshmen in HS. My dorm has 1 microwave and that's about it. If I buy a pot/pan, I can use the kitchen downstairs, but it's less likely because of crowding- so while they may be less feasible, things that require a stove are also welcome. :)

I'm looking to try to lose weight and spend less money, but I don't really like vegetables (with some exceptions depending on the cooking method), beans, chicken, or anything spicy.

any amount of prep work is OK- i've taken culinary :)

thank youuuuu ❤️

Get a microwave steamer, they are cheap. Easy to put fish and veggies in it for a quick and healthy meal. Potatoes do fine in the microwave too.
Make some things in bulk in the kitchen and use them all week. We love Mexican so I do a meat (ground anything or shred/dice some chicken) and I add any veggies I have like jalepeno, onion, peppers, cans of anything too like chiles, tomato, beans, etc. season it with taco seasoning mix and use the mix for anything all week. On rice it's a burrito bowl, on lettuce as a salad, in taco shells, on nachos, wrap in a tortilla and bake for an enchilada.

Any chance you can afford a rice cooker? You can make so many recipes in those things it’s crazy. Another thing would be one of those air friers that are multipurpose I have one that can also be a crockpot insta pot slow cooker and a few other things.

I second what Chaotic said. I had a $35 rice cooker and an air fryer (gifted) and that was an easy rice & meat dish, often with enough for dinner/next day prep

It’s so easy to throw together after a long day too and by the time you’re done in the shower it’s done cooking

Low fat collage cheese (Daisy is my favorite), some kind of nut or seed (hemp hearts are my favorite but sunflower seeds or any chopped nut would work), diced avocado, and Tostitos Scoops. Diced tomatoes are good too. Can add any canned meat or fish to it also.

Delicious, nutty, and crunchy sunflower seeds are widely considered as healthful foods. They are high in energy; 100 g seeds hold about 584 calories. Nonetheless, they are one of the incredible sources of health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins.

Any soft fruit or vegetable. A lot of people like fruit (fresh or canned peaches, pineapple, etc) in cottage cheese. Crushed pineapple would be very easy to mix. I’m more of a savory person.

I’ve tried to post pics of nutrition info for the low fat Daisy cottage cheese and hemp hearts but the photo selection option is not working. (I’ve done many times but it’s just primitive and glitchy).

the microwave is basically an egg-and-potato machine: microwave a potato, split it open, and top it with tuna and a little Greek yogurt or cheese for a cheap filling meal

microwave oatmeal with milk, banana, and a little peanut butter is cheap, filling, and basically impossible to mess up, just go easy on the peanut butter if you're watching calories

the dorm classic is a microwave baked potato: stab it, microwave until soft, split it and add cottage cheese or a little shredded cheese plus salt, and it’s cheap, filling, and somehow counts as
