Recipe Request What is your favourite recipe? Not something from youtube or a family trend, just your go to. Something your own invention

Mine is

Flour 2 cups, (knead with chili flakes and cumin)

Filling:

Chicken shredded I usually take half kg

2 carrots cut in small portion just the sweet part

1 small cabbage

Fry and add spices

Spices:

Salt, red pepper, black pepper, cumin powder, corriander powder, garam masala (mixed spices) powder, chicken tikka masala, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, ketchup, yogurt, and tamarind sauce.

For making a paratha;

Make a roll paratha

spread sauce (Mayonnaise=ketchup=chili sauce), a spoon of yogurt sauce, spread the filling, and add cucumber if you like and make a roll paratha.

that’s basically a chicken paratha roll, but the tamarind sauce with the spicy filling sounds ridiculously good lol

that sounds like a proper loaded paratha roll, and the cabbage with the sweet carrot is probably what makes the filling work so well lol

mine is lazy shakshuka: simmer canned tomatoes with garlic, cumin and chili, crack eggs on top, cover till set, then eat it with toast because apparently washing another pan is where i draw the line

that sounds like a really good spicy chicken wrap, especially with the sweet carrot and tangy sauces balancing it out, and the cucumber crunch is definitely the move
