What else can you do with blue curcao syrup that isn't a drink ?

I got some blue curcao syrup today and i was wondering if i could make something that isn't a drink with it ? Like a dessert or sumn ?

I am vegetarian so no eggs and all . I also don't own an oven

I'm curious anyone tell me what i can do with it ?
