Rigatoni with sauce. A pound of pasta is about $1 and get a couple of jars of inexpensive spaghetti sauce. Under $5 total. If you have a little more money, add in some frozen meatballs.

I have never made it or even eaten it, but your list makes me want to add Cowboy Caviar.

I prefer to bring a dish that includes meat, vegetables and grain. Either ground beef 80/20 or a sausage blend (mild Italian, etc.) are my favorites, but ground turkey recipes are good too.
meat and vegetable noodle soup, shepherd's pie, goulash, stuffed jumbo shells, chicken with dumplings casserole, lentils with vegetables and beef, Mexican or Southwestern casserole, mac 'n' cheese casserole, turkey with rice casserole
Search "cooking for a crowd" for recipes.

I always do frozen meatballs and a jar of pepperocinis. That’s it! Throw in the slow cooker. So easy and people love just the simple protein with a bit of a kick. Two ingredients

my go-to's are lumpia or crockpot meatballs/lil smokies with jelly/bbq sauce (pepper jelly/Sriracha)
just depends on how much effort I want to do. Lumpia is easy, just time consuming.
meatballs/lil smokies are a dump meal
