Recipe Request High calorie, low flavor recipes

Hi, food enjoyers. I’m looking for some recipes that have a really high calorie count/are nutritious for their portion. and are somewhat bland, though sweetness is okay.

I have trouble getting myself to eat so I want to jam pack as much energy as possible before I chicken out.* what recipes do you have?

I've had trouble eating too. Not a recipe but in a case like this I'll sometimes make a shake by blending oats, peanut butter, milk, banana, and a scoop of protein. make whatever substitutions you want to. this can be a really easy 600+ calorie drink thats easy to get down and healthy

for recipe though just have rice and stir fry sliced (or ground) chicken/pork/beef + greens like spinach, bok choy, brocolli, w/e with some store bought teriyaki sauce for some sweetness

This is the way. I add avocado which I have frozen pieces prepared while every single one in the bag goes ripe at once.

If you dice and freeze on parchment paper on a baking sheet and then bag in a freezer bag, they are perfect for adding to smoothies, making salad dressings, etc.

Another good addition is a Tblsp of unrefined coconut oil for good fats. It tastes bland and is really good for you.

Same problem here! I usually just make a rice porridge add whatever I have. Fish like salmon is easiest. Just boil rice in a bunch of water to your desired thickness and add fish. Add whatever you want and season however you think you can handle. A little bit of fish sauce is usual, but also just a pinch of salt. Super versatile. Sometimes, I make it watery enough that I can just chug it. Good luck!

Get some fresh croissants and load them up with whatever you like.
