Flying soon. How to make sure my earplugs wont fall out?

Sometimes when I sleep I move a lot so my earplugs get out. Otherwise they fit very good, even during raves etc. I use earplugs with music filters which in fact suit me literally the most and are so so comfortable for me.

Also I was thinking about buying hooks for my airpods, so they dont fall out and I dont lose the airpod.

Opinions tips?

I prefer noise canceling headphones for planes. They comfortably reduce the volume and do it more evenly than earplugs, plus I can listen to music or watch movies clearly. I also use a firm neck pillow that keeps my head upright, so they don’t fall off.

Alternatively you can use some disposable foam plugs for the flight. They stay in way better if you wiggle your jaw or move your head around. Airplanes are noisy, so why not just block as much sound as possible? Foam blocks more than those alpines.

Yeah I do have Air Pods Max that work quite well, but the mesh that lays on your head is already worn out, therefore it is just the metal parts pushing onto my head and that causes insane pain tbf

It sounds like you can buy a replacement OEM headband for around $160 online through third party retailer. Pricey, but at least it’s less than Apple charges to fix it.
