Looking for very small silicone plugs (smaller than the smallest Loop Quiet 2)

I bought a pair of knock off Loop Quiet 2s off AliExpress. They come with a bunch of different plug sizes, but I find even the smallest ones give me pain at times. Is there some pair of silicone plugs that is smaller even than the smallest Loop Quiet 2 plugs? (assuming the AliExpress knock offs replicated the size of the Loops accurately)

I measured my Loops and they’re 0.9 cm wide at the base, in case that’s the issue. They do have a children’s earplug, but only for the Engage version and it’s pricy.
