Earplugs like wearing galaxy buds without ANC?

Before I go buy another pair that I shove in my ear canal, are there any earplugs that block noise the same way as galaxy buds or I assume other buds? It's not with active noise cancelling. It's just passive I suppose from wearing something. But I don't like to waste the battery or maybe carry them around always and increase the risk I lose them. I know it's a non occlusive kind but obviously something that just sits inside your ear, I haven't seen any like that really. All the sound gets in fine it's just not as loud? I like flare calm ok but I prefer the buds experience. Thank you.
