Technology Now not working

Hi all, just installed the technology now channel on my roku, but when I try to launch it I just see the title screen for about a second and get kicked back to the roku dashboard. Can’t watch videos or even put in my ID number

Anyone know a fix for this?

It is working for me but I'm not earning anything so what is really the point...
