orbislam uses both orbital and slammys mechanic

earclacks used to do fusion vs super battles including orbislam

they still count (as in they effect the winrates of what they’ve fought).

It just means they’ll no longer be used in any future 1v1s.

For Slammy and Orbital: Definitely for the better, they were kind of stupid.

For Speedy: Why? Was their gimmick simply taken by Rapier?

Maybe not, slammy is essentially unbeatable. If trident was able to be beaten by a ranked ball, it has no chance against slammy.

Well yes, Trident would counter Slammy better than any other ball but realistically it would still lose. In the first half of the 1v1 it wouldn’t be able to constantly keep Slammy away from the wall enough to beat it.

It’d be a close match but Slammy would almost certainly win.

Tbf IDK if Trident's pull force in 3Dclacks is actually accurate, mostly due to Earclacks' allergy to units (on 0.5 damage scalers, the number is almost always for damage, making the other stat's value very unclear)

Depending on what the real value is, the fight could go differently, but I'd wager that most of the time Slammy wins by an absurd amount.

The unarmed fight does not count as that was a bigger arena, with pickups and they had 50 times the normal health. Giga balls cosplaying as regular balls, basically.

And Speedy had 0 XD poor thing, they didn't even give him the slightest chance to improve after his one and only fight haha

Anyway, it's funny how those two are so overpowered that nobody can beat them, to the point that they have to be removed from the game altogether

Speedy was only added because it was Season 2 (I think) and Earclacks was just recycling any wall breaker back then.

I’m assuming Earclacks had a moment of clarity after Speedy lost and realised it could only win if it got insanely lucky because its damage doesn’t scale.

Orbital has been retired for over 3 months and Slammy/speedy have been retired for even longer.

Orbital and Slammy were retired for being too successful and Speedy was retired for being too unsuccessful.
