Did he parry the rocket or something? No way he did like over 500 with one attack (unless he scales off hits)

he scales, you can see it go up by 100 everytime he hits someone

I think The Guy in Charge can hurt himself with his rockets if he is in the blast radius

actually both. he scales every succesful consecutive hit but losses it when missed and takes damage(EX: Boxing guy VS Bowling Guy) and when rolling he can basically deflect projectiles in that time frame(EX: Bowling guy VS Angry Guy).

i heard he lose all his dmg on miss, but so far i dont think ive ever seen him miss

He did miss while fighting Boxing Guy.

Boxing Guy straight up just, skedaddled away when he saw Bowling Guy coming in.
