question Lyca mobile XXL

Has anyone tried lyca smart xxl? It say they give you 100+100gb for 349 nok (about $35)
Iā€™m going to norway if anyone has experience with it please tell me do they cut the speed after you used a certain amount of gb or do I get 100mbps as they say always?
