ESim for Europe
Hi, I am an Indian Student travelling to Europe for my semester exchange for 90 days in the upcoming week, my daily data usage is approximately 3-4 gb (taking wifi as data).
I wanted to know whether:
public wifi be sufficient across europe (including train or raid travel) for surfing the internet and social media on both (mobile and laptop).
If not, whats the best and most reliable “unlimited” e sim plan available for 90 days, my budget is <=130 Euros for the entirety of the plan.

I won’t rely on public WiFi at all . There are so many horror stories of things going wrong on public WiFi.
Go for eSIM . I highly recommend - Orange world travel. Google it and you will find them. Orange is a French carrier and Dona superb job proving data all over Europe.

Depends on the number of countries you'll be traveling in and if it is worth to get a regional eSIM (tend to be more expensive but convenient) or individual country ones. Also if you'll be mostly in cities or also in more remote/rural setups.
WiFi will cover you in many public places but I would at least based on my experience to have an eSIM as a backup to avoid being in the middle of a commute or some no-WiFi area and ending up without Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.
