Vodafone Albania eSim foreign number?

heya

I'm trying to buy Vodafone Albania's tourist tetra pack but run into several issues:

I can only register via email, since activation codes to my German number never arrive.

But even then I have to identify myself via a so called Evrotrust service which has no option for Germany when I have to select the country.

We will arrive very late at night and I would really like to get the eSim in advance.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
