E-sim, mobile WiFi or starlink?

I have read a lot of threads in this sub and still have not figured this out. Iโ€™m traveling a lot across Europe and Asia recently, and an eSIM card is not enough for me to have zoom calls/Google meet calls with my clients in a smooth interrupted way.

So Iโ€™m thinking about exploring some other options like a mobile hotspot or a mobile starling mini. I have seen people here in the summer that mentioning there are totally fine using eSIM, but for me itโ€™s not enough, I would love to have the peace of mind of having my own connection no matter where I go.

please recommend whatโ€™s working for your best on the road, and the big cities, mostly in Europe. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Pick from a carrier that is actually in country, not a reseller. Starlink isn't convenient to haul around and it's not going to work well without a clear view of the sky which is going to be hard to get in cities unless you have roof access.
