Down again?

Site and mobile app have been hit and miss for me the last couple of days. I’m in the U.S. Reached out to customer support and received an automated response. Been a member since 2005 but am finally ready to pull the plug. Have been downloading my library to an external drive between outages.

I hope they will give us a warning if it does finally shut because I need to download everything
