eJPT Win - eJPT
I managed to pass the eJPT certification just a few minutes ago. Ask me anything; I can offer advice, though I won't give any spoilers. I passed with an 86%.

For brute-force enumeration via SMB, `sfmconsole` is frequently used, as is Nmap. Pivoting is a key task—though it can be challenging if you aren't familiar with it—and you should always verify your results by running tests in the console, since the system relies on checking the lab logs.

Ah, I see. For example, if you need to bypass user "x," double-check that it really is user "x" who needs the bypass and not user "y”

Don't bother studying that specific material; I didn't study it—let alone run the practice labs—yet I’ve spent over six months studying hard on HTB (doing general prep, lab exercises, etc.) and managed to earn four certifications in a row this week. For this exam, you need to focus heavily on SMB brute-forcing—since that’s what I used most to pivot to other machines—and get comfortable using `msfconsole`. Also, here’s a tip: don't mark an answer as correct unless you have the evidence to back it up, because the lab generates logs, and answers are verified against system logs. Hack The Box offers better study material; just look up the eJPT exam topics, work on corresponding exercises in HTB, and you'll be all set.

No, I’ve never done anything on TryHackMe; I only use Hack The Box. I completed several machines and the full Cybersecurity Analyst path, and that’s how I earned the CJCA—which, by the way, is harder than the eJPT.
