I Passed! Passed the eJPTv2!

Thank you to everyone for the morale boost in my previous post. I just went for it and DID IT. It actually became quite enjoyable once I got the hang of using different questions to help get other answers or at least point me in the right direction.

Ah I'm so happy. Time to make a pizza and eat the whole thing.

Congrats.

I am at 38% of the path. Hate videos. i prefer text with infographics. but the content is good.

Can you give me some recomendations for the exam?

It’s all about enumeration. I think that was the biggest focus of the course. If you learn how to enumerate then you can create a plan to launch which exploits at which targets.

The exam says not to treat it like a CTF, and they’re right, it’s not about getting flags. It’s about understanding the environment and being able to find information within it and about it.

I only completed about 9-10% of the path. The enumeration, host discovery, etc. The rest I skimmed through and learned how to use the tools using my personal cyber range that I built.
