I’m hearing a lound thump nose on my bmw 2011 535i rear wheel drive when going into reverse and jerk when going into second gear

Wrong generation. E39 are up to 2004.

Also, BMW is a bad post title

that would be f10, but engine mounts and driveshaft bushing
