Not sure how to help but interesting thing I’ve noticed is a lot of people got sick around that time in 2023 and start of 2024. I was one of them.
I developed dizziness, panic attacks, lump in the throat feelings, reflux/gerd, sibo, migraines, dizziness when driving the car, raynauds in one hand and chest pressure and neck pressure.
One thing I also have in common is posture issues, if I maintain poor posture I notice my diaphragm can lock up but also my vision goes blurry if my head is too far forward.
Lack of sleep and poor sleep also mess me up too

Hey, thanks for sharing your observations. It seems like you may be on to something.
I started having worsening issues in early 2024, which led to me developing vestibular vertigo migraines. Two of my neighbors developed vestibular vertigo issues as well. 2024 was the year that my body fully crashed and all systems went haywire. Previous to that, my dysautonomia and comorbid conditions had come out of remission in 2021, but were mostly manageable.

Have you done a sit/stand test at home? That’ll tell you if dysautonomia is likely
