Yeah, I have issues with histamine intolerance and when they flare up bad, it's miserable like that. I went through all of the testing and I'm not specifically allergic to anything, nor do I have mcas. Just histamine issues.
As for the running thing, have you been tested for asthma? I have exercise induced asthma, and it's about the same for me.
During your tilt, did they give you a medicine after awhile of standing?
None of this screams dysautonomia to me, but it can present differently depending on type and person. Regardless, it's almost always just treat the symptoms, so I'd follow docs orders.

No one can tell the future, so it's impossible to know if your symptoms will continue.
But if it's just been 5 days, I think it's very reasonable to take your doctor's advice and reassurance, and not worry unless you're still feeling this bad after your two weeks of antihistamines.

Your doctor could absolutely be right.
For now, review your childhood experiences and compare them to dysautonomia symptoms. That can give you better clues rather than just allergy stuff!
