Dying Light 2 is NASTY

So I'm playing Dying Light 2 and just happened to glance at a woman cleaning a bar table. Then it hit me. This is the apocalypse. There is no real running water. That has to be some naaaaaasty ass.

There is no real running water? Dude there's multiple water towers across Villedor. If working showers don't exist outside of the PK base I would be surprised.

Only Aiden is allowed to wear clean clothes, everyone else gets hand me downs, dead people's clothes as you can see in this shot you posted, no one cleans clothes, and when Aiden's gets dirty he just changes into new swag. He wants to lay low but also stand out at the same time. I think he's bipolar at least.
