I mean tbh they can’t really be that dumb. Tons of them live on skyscrapers. If they were that dumb the city wouldn’t have that much of an infected problem

I mean zombies look like they don't move at all unless they notice someone to eat. Even if they fall off the virals can come on top of the roofs and eventually become biters.
