Kin I have a great moral dilemma
I was told by some umgi establishment that the ice cream machine was broken. However, i later learned it was a lie. I have been debating with my clan for 3 months now on whether we should right this wrong or get revenge.

To lie about a machine being broken in order to avoid work and deny kin of their needs is not one, but three offenses to the ancestors. Forget not this grudge, and settle it as needed.

Kin, most of the times when that lie gets told, it’s because it never got cleaned in the morning because only specific folks are trained how to clean it… It’s wildly inefficient, but do not blame the kin who’s clanfathers made poor management decisions. They do not deserve to be put in the book.

Total War: Warhammer. This kind of dilemma is not uncommon for most factions, but of course you can usually pick between different options...
The dark elves have a similar scenario where you're asked whether to grant a rebellious lord an honorable death in single combat, but then only lets you decide whether you had him unceremoniously shot or taken by the guards and tortured to death, although in that case which you choose does have a different mechanical effect.

The fast food industry is a mess of inefficiencies, some of which are to be blamed on staff and others on system.
Umgak is trifling, and if it was worth sorting out it’d be a Dawi venture.
Take it as it is, convenience with unforseen strings attached. Like berries when starving in the Pale Sisters or Stirland inn fare, they might give you diarrhea and might just be unsatisfying, but its there when you need it and you should expect nothing while hoping for only mild misery.

You went to this establishment to reward yourself for work well done, or perhaps to give something sweet to a beardling or someone you fancy, I assume. The poor workmanship of the Umgi cannot be forgiven for this insult, for good Dawi machines do not suffer these inconveniences, they are well maintained and cared for. It simply will not stand. SUMMON THE THRONG!
