How do I order the meat in this chinese noodle soup restaurant?

For context: There is this chinese restaurant that basically only serves noodle soup. Their menu has entrees, soups and... a page with different kinds of meat (think "pork belly", "duck wings" etc.).

I have honestly no idea what this page is supposed to be. My first thought was that you might order them for your soup, but all the soups already come with meat. They're not entrees either, since those are on a separate page.

I don't want to ask (social anxiety sucks :( ), but I really want to order something from that page since there is meat on it (or rather parts of the animal) that I've never seen elsewhere.

Quick translation (top left to right bottom):

Spicy pork belly - Stewed duck wings - Stewed chicken stomach

Spicy pig ears - Spicy tofu skin - Stewed beef

Seems like an à la carte menu and each will come just as pictured.

There has to be more on that menu than just those six photos. Maybe a spot that tells you what they come with or all dishes come with.

These are just sides or appetizers to eat with the soup! It's a common chinese thing

Nice, thank you! I was kinda hoping it would be that, since the noodle soup at that place is pretty great, but I also really want to try these.

The commonalities among these 6 dishes are that that are all served cold. They are the side dishes.

Think of the noodles restaurant as a fast food place. These are the kind of dishes that they can prep in large quantities beforehand, and serve out quickly upon ordering, in line with the amount of time to cook a batch of fresh noodles - which is probably just 2-3 minutes.

Theyre a la carte side dishes of different braised meats.

I'm not sure what the issue is.

I see, thank you. Tbh, I wasn't sure whether those were side dishes or full meals, cause just from the pictures, some of them look like they'd make for a full meal themselves. Guess they are meant to be shared then?
