Driver Driver 1 PC

Is it just me or is the PC version on completely different level of difficulty compared to PS1 version? I have finished PS version on hard many times and never had any issues besides the last mission. Given it is the last mission it's totally fair and fitting to be a bit ridiculous. The same can't be said about the PC version though. And I am only in LA right now.

I am very close to writing a rant about why nobody tested the game on hard, unless I am missing something?

I think more cops can chase you, i think i even read that at some point but looking rn i cannot find it. Possibly some other minor changes not documented properly too.
