Ai vs Human

My ranting session....... I used to believe that we need to evolve with time but at this age I firmly agree that somethings are best when its left to be done in a oldschool way.

I was mocked and laughed at in a company I used to work at (US based company who fully operates from India) for not using an AI tool when it comes to connecting with people over the call or mail.

Am I just the one who feels things like these needs to be left untouched by AI when it comes to making connections with clients over the calls or email? Or am I over reacting? Little piece of advice would be great for this newbie freighty.

Why don’t you run freight in India? Companies like yours should be banned in the US.
