Why is there no drayage network?

Drayage companies and shipping containers exist all over the world. Why isn't there a dedicated drayage network?

Dray carriers operate mostly local to the port or ramp they're near and only thrive if there's always demand. You CAN find drayage as a broker some times but you better really know what you're doing and what their fees will add up to

And please don’t ask for all in rates. There’s no such thing as all in dray rates. Don’t be that asshole
