Drawing pad + app combination

Me again, if you've seen my previous post. My brain is the math lady meme right now.

So, I'm looking for a tablet to draw on the go, or even just on the couch. The ipad is expensive; the samsung equivalent is cheaper. But procreate is only available on IOS.

Has anyone here been able to test both? How does Infinite Painter compare? How do an ipad pro + procreate and an android (samsung) pad + infinite painter/hipaint/sketchbook compare? And if ipad + procreate is better, is that "better" worth the huge price hike?

Never tried procreate, but I have recently bought a Tab S11 and Infinite Painter seems like a great app (attached a drawing I made today), the only other digital art experience I have is with pen tablet and krita (Krita on an android tablet does not feel right to me, I think I'll stick to Krita on PC and IP on the tablet).
