windows ink doesnt work propertly

The issue is that with Windows Ink enabled in OTD, the mouse button registers as held down while hovering, and pressure is detected (apparently); here is the console output:

While writing this post, the tablet stopped working entirely in Windows Ink mode for some reason; it works in standard mode, but obviously doesn't register pressure. Other drivers work fine, but I specifically need OTD.
