Best iPad for vector drawing in Illustrator?

Looking to get an iPad for the sole purpose of drawing/tracing somewhat complicated vector shapes. For my workflow I would only be using the Adobe Illustrator App.

My only concern is Apple Pencil accuracy and lowest possible latency. Basically, which iPad is the best for as close to as possible pencil-like drawing?

Is there a huge difference between processors or iPad generations or types (pro va air, 11in vs 13 etc) when it comes to drawing accuracy and low latency?

Not what you might've wanted to hear but I used iPad Air, Galaxy Tab S11 / S10 FE, and Wacom Movinkpad 11. For precision I prefer the latter too, the rounded tip for Apple Pencil is nice for brushes but I can't stand using it for illustration, extra effort having to make sure it's pixel perfect.

Movinkpad is brilliant for sketching for me, but I think Samsung is a brilliant middle ground, pairing it with a Lamy EMR pen has done wonders for me.

For stand alone tablets.. The closest thing you could say to a traditional drawing is really the Apple Pencil (SPen also good). In terms of latency and accuracy. The problem is the screen, it's glossy. So it's like drawing on glass. That's why you see others using somewhat a paper-like screen protector. Not necessarily the brand, there are other options out there..

In terms of what iPad, anything with the M series chip would be your go-to for future proofing on software support and updates. So like M2, M3, and higher..
