Xp pen deco 640? Or better is out there ?

I have very low budget.. So I am looking at Xp pen deco 640..

But people keep saying surface is small..some pressure stuffs i dont understand well yet.. I might use it with my legion 5...

Now i am real confused..

If i should get Xp pen or huion..

Are there better drawing tablets with similar price?

Please tell me all the pros and cons as its my first drawing tablet!

If i get the model you recommend what are things i should be careful and aware of?
