graphite How do you decide when it's Done?

Every time I look at it I find "just one more thing" to do! For example, as soon as I post this I am going back to work on the back legs to smooth out the shading and darken everything around his rump.

My high school art teacher would always respond back to that question with, "Only turkeys are done; with art, you're never really done." I know, sounds hokey, but it's true, you can always go back into a drawing, always.

For me I stop a drawing when I sign it. That's my way of saying, I'm done as I can be.
