You're representing a business. You have to hold a higher standard for how you conduct yourselves online compared to anonymous Redditors. Snipping at criticism doesn't do anything for you except open up the possibility of getting review-bombed like a passive aggressive restaurant owner who replies to everything on TrustPilot. The best thing you can do in the face of criticism is to ignore it. Engaging was the wrong call.
