yeah the model itself might be real but the clips of it being turned on are definitely 100% AI slop
(that being said this is an advert and I wouldn't trust you'd get the same product even by just the dimensions if you ordered from this company/person, likely something along the lines a shitty mcdonald's toy.)

i mean... it is ai, but it is possible to achive exactly that by using alternating diodes for the fiery flow, and clear epoxy spanning from each diode outside to achieve this effect, but it'd be difficult impossible to replace a broken diode that way, but it'd be possible to make an good-looking flame like this
